To assess our client's site condition's and restraint's we visit the site, download and collect information for your property.

This includes sewer location, size and depth, planning overlay's and description's, bushfire area check and full copy of title with easement's, convenant's and control's

We also obtain a property certificate from council to check for designated flood prone.

All these items are required to know if our client's proposal is possible to obtain permit's and for jen designs to provide a quote.

Clients will be provided with full copies of all detail's, these detail's and iformation will incur a small preliminary charge at our on site or in office meeting so we can fully assess and quote for the work needed.
