contracts and initial - stage 1

 

• appointment in our office for signing of contract's and deposit before work begin's after quote is excepted• details, idea's, wish list's and relevant information discussed with Eric and jen depending on type of project.

 

design concept -stage 1

 

• design concept  with floor plan's, two elevations and site plan produced.• this stage can be sent to our client's via mail as a hard copy, and e-mail as pdf or picked up from our office.• payment of the account for design concept stage is then required  within the time stated on the account.• after our client's have absorbed their design concept and made a decision to move forward and  the account has been settled we can then progress to the next stage.• if any changes on the design concept is required by our client's this can be taken care of before moving forward.

 

registered consultants

 

• jendesigns will also organize other registered consultant's necessary.• engineer's civil and structural• soil testing• land surveyor's• town planning consultant's and building surveyor's

 

town planning - stage 2

 

• cad drawing's will progress to town planning stage if required.• cad plan's will be detailed up to take into account all town planning regulation's and requirement's.• payment of the account for town planning stage is then required within the day's stated on account.• submission to town planning can then be achieved.

 

building permit - stage 3

 

• cad drawing's will progress to structural drawing stage for completion.• payment of the account for this stage is then required before permit submission.• a full set of cad drawings will be submitted to client's prefered building surveyor.
